SonCD

This is a WIP demo of the Metal Sonic race from Sonic CD. It's got five selectable difficulties (each corresponding to a robotic doppelganger of Sonic's, selectable via modifying the value on 'DIFFICULTY' in the main code, with values 0-4), and the level (mostly, because there were some limitations with the map). There's still some kinks to work out, but I'll fix them later on. I hope you enjoy it!
